The problem
Booking, waivers and payment sit in three places. Every rider needs a signed waiver before the boat.

What we built
- Online booking. Date, time window, package and riders.
- A waiver per rider. Digital, with a selfie, before payment unlocks.
- Card and PayPal. Payment online, then a ticket by email.
- A captain’s ride list. One daily list the captain can read on the boat.
- An admin panel. Staff, locations and end of day.
What changed
The first project, a beach chair booking system, was approved.
The owner came back for a parasail module in the same app, and its first two milestones are approved.
