Car wash books appointments by chat
A car wash wanted customers to book without a phone call.
Now a chatbot on the site takes the booking, checks the calendar first and asks for a new time if a slot is taken.
The problem
Customers want to book a wash. Someone has to check the calendar each time.
- Customers ask to book by phone and message.
- Someone checks the calendar for every request.
- Some customers speak French, some English.
What we built
- English or French. The chat asks which language first.
- Takes the booking. Name, phone, date, time and one of 3 wash types.
- Checks the calendar. It checks the slot in the background before it books.
- Slot taken? New time. It says so and lets the customer change only the date and time.
- How to find you. The confirmation carries the location and a how to find us video.

- Customers book in the chat.
- Taken slots get caught before the booking.
- Each booking comes with directions.
