Check-in to no-show follow-up, done by itself
A demo build for a therapy clinic, on a made-up clinic and patients.
Patients check in on one form. Each morning the right email goes out.
The problem
My front desk spends the morning chasing no-shows.
- The front desk types every welcome email.
- No-shows get chased one call at a time.
- Nobody has one list of who is flagged or discharged.
What we built
- One check-in form. Patients check in on a tablet. New or returning, one tap.
- Welcome email. New patients get the welcome email by itself, first steps inside.
- Morning emails. Each morning every patient gets the email their status calls for, in English or Spanish.
- No-show form. A parent explains the missed visit and can attach a doctor's note.
- Daily summary. The coordinator gets one email: who is pending discharge, who is discharged.
What it does every day
- Check-ins land in one tracking sheet.
- Each morning, every patient gets the right email.
- The coordinator reads one summary.
The front desk stops typing the same emails.
A missed visit gets the right email, and the parent has a place to explain.
