Order emails accept and log themselves

A field inspector got new-order emails from valuation vendors, each with an accept link inside.

Now each email is read, the order is accepted, and AI saves it to his order book.

The problem

Order emails come in all day. I accept each one and type it in.

  • Order emails arrive all day.
  • Each one has an accept link buried inside.
  • Then every field gets typed into the order book.
  • Interior and exterior orders need different fields.
  • Staff chase paperwork

What we built

  1. Gets the email. The automation reads each order email and finds the accept link.
  2. Clicks accept. It opens the link for the two vendors set up.
  3. AI pulls the fields. Address, type, fee, dates and contact, returned as clean data every time.
  4. Interior or exterior. Contact details only for interior orders. Exterior orders leave them blank.
  5. Saved to the order book. The record lands in the order database.
  6. One more vendor. A new vendor is one more filter.

What it does every day

  • New order emails get read as they come in.
  • The accept link gets clicked.
  • The order lands in the order book with the right fields.

The test order in the order book matched the email, field by field.

Two vendor accept links are set up. A new one is one more filter.
