Buyers ask the website for a home, get live listings
A real estate agency wanted its website to answer buyers from its own listings.
Now a chatbot in the corner of the site searches the live database and sends the top matches.
The problem
Buyers search my site at night. Nobody is there to answer.
- A buyer wants a certain kind of home, now.
- Nobody is at the desk to search for them.
- Price questions also come in on Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Buyers who go quiet never hear back.
What we built
- Chat on your website. The chatbot sits inside the website, bottom right. Clients and buyers both search there.
- Searches the live database. It reads the request, builds the search and finds matching properties.
- Sends the top matches. The top three come back with price and details. They can ask again.
- Instagram and WhatsApp. Messages from both apps get a reply on the same app.
- Follow-ups that stop on reply. Every chat saves the contact. A quiet buyer gets nudges until they reply.
What it does every day
- Buyers search the listings by chat.
- The answer comes from your own database.
- Every chat is saved, and quiet buyers get a nudge.
A buyer asks for a kind of home and gets the top three from the live listings.
Follow-up runs on a timer until the buyer replies.
