- AI reads the email. An AI bot pulls the property out of each deal email and sends it to the data table.
- 15+ APIs, real time. Each address gets its value, condition, attributes, legal description and sale status.
- The spread, recorded. Airtable formulas record the spread and the other numbers.
- A Process button. Run one record by hand any time. Nobody has to press it for it to run.
- Dashboards. Interfaces on top, built the way the team likes.
