Phone orders land on the kitchen screen
A demo build for a takeout restaurant, on a made-up menu.
The AI answers the call, takes the order, and the ticket shows on the kitchen screen.
The problem
The phone rings at rush hour. Nobody is free to take the order.
- The phone rings at rush hour.
- Staff on the phone are staff not cooking.
What we built
- The AI picks up. It answers the call and reads the menu when asked.
- Takes the order. Items, then the email, read back to confirm.
- Ticket on the kitchen screen. Each order lands as a ticket. Mark it ready, then delivered.
- Edit the menu. Update items and what is available from a settings tab.
- Call or chat. The same agent can run as chat, on Instagram or Facebook.
What it does every day
- Calls get answered and orders taken.
- Tickets show on the kitchen screen.
- The kitchen marks each one ready, then delivered.
Every order lands on the kitchen screen, ready to prepare and deliver.
